When I choose to get a tattoo, I consider it a long-term investment. I want to use the very best ointment for tattoos to make sure that my tattoo will shine for years to come.

First of all, my short-term healing is very important. There’s always the risk of infection that will permanently damage your skin and the appearance of the tattoo.
Of course, the chance of developing an infection increases if the area isn’t cared for properly. Finding a good tattoo ointment to help prevent this risk of infection is very important to me.
I‘ve had a tattoo become infected before. This was very painful and uncomfortable, and took a very long time to treat and heal.

Another requirement of a good tattoo ointment is its ability to moisturize the skin. By keeping my skin moisturized, the ointment will extend the life of my tattoo for years before needing any touch-ups.

I have many allergies to lotions and creams, so choosing an all-natural product is ideal for me.

Keeping all of this in mind, I chose to use Hustle Butter Deluxe when getting my last tattoo. I’ve never regretted it!
It’s the best tattoo ointment I’ve used. I liked that it can be used at every stage of the tattooing process.
It’s safe to use before tattooing so that the color sticks to my skin easier. There’s little need for multiple sessions for color applications.
I noticed that when I applied it after my tattoo session, my skin was less red and irritated than when I had used other ointments, so I healed faster.
Also, this ointment is 100% vegan, so it’s made with all-natural products, which was a huge plus for me. It didn’t give me an allergic reaction and it actually felt good on my skin when I applied it!
With all of these benefits, you’d expect it to be very expensive, but it really isn’t. I bought the 5oz jar for $16.50. That was completely reasonable and fit well in my budget.
The only downside I can find for this particular product is that, since I hadn’t used it before, I didn’t know that a little bit of it goes a long way.
Since I had a smaller tattoo done, and I don’t know when I will get another, I probably could’ve bought the smaller bottle and had more than enough to last until I was completely healed.
I’ve used other products on the market, such as Aquaphor, A&D Ointment, and Tattoo Goo, but I didn’t get the amazing results that Hustle Butter gave me.

Conclusion
After using Hustle Butter, my tattoo still looks amazing, like the day it was finished. I give complete credit to Hustle Butter.
The colors are still vibrant and the lines are still crisp and clear. My healing process was easier compared to other creams and lotions I’ve used.
Also, I noticed a difference in the softness in my hands, just from applying the ointment to my tattoo! Even though I’m completely healed now, I still use it now as an extra moisturizer if my hands are a little dry.
